    Block wall re-location
I have a block wall that I want to push out about ten feet. The wall is located at the top of a slope. At the bottom of the slope is the sidewalk and then the street. I don't know if there is going to be a problem with the city or it it's going to be O.K. to just go ahead with my plan. I'm not familiar with property law concerning this, such as an easement issue.
    Any ideas?

The best place to find out if the wall can be moved closer to the street is the building department. U will need a permit and inspections to do this job.

If OK, u will have to have the waterlines, gas lines and electric lines marked before u begin construction. The responsible companies will do this for u.

Usually u can go to your property line, but this is not always true.
