    Windows vista system restore
Hello I want to do a system restore but want to create a restore point prior to the current date. It is not like XP where they show a calendar. I have been having trouble with my computer for two weeks and want to know how I go about creating a point for two weeks ago and not today. I hate Vista!

You can only create a restore point on the day and time it is. You can restore to a restore point that was created before today provided you created one manually or Windows created one. To do it in Vista, go to start, accessories, system tools, system restore. Select restore to a previous point and then select one of the dates in the list. Hope this helps.
