    Windows Vista restore failure
I have a Compaq CQ50 110EM laptop running Windows Vista 32-bit. Laptop had a few issues, so decided to format my hard drive using the factory image recovery partition. After successfully completing the bulk of the restore function, I arrive at the desktop and get an error message saying the factory restore hasn't been completed. The only option I'm given is to 'retry', which starts the restore from the beginning, meaning I'm stuck in a loop and can't figure out where to go from here. According to the details, the Cyberlink Youcam software (which is pre-installed on the laptop during the restore process) is failing to install and is, as far as I can tell, the reason why the factory recovery isn't being completed. ANY assistance would be hugely appreciated as I must resolve this issue as fast as possible! Thanks.
