    Using CD-RW
    I tried to format a CD-RW. All seemed to be going well, but then the system crashed. When I now insert the CD it is apparently full (of nothing)
    And is 'Read-Only', so I cannot add anything to it, or remove it. Any suggestions please?

    CDs
    Further to my question yesterday. Apparently something is 'checked' on my laptop, so that files etc. on CDs are 'locked'. I need to 'uncheck' this - but the problem is finding where it is. Can anyone help please?

    Use your CD burning software to "finalize" the CD.
