    Smartbridge Alert
    I keep on getting this same message after I close down my computer and then start it back up.

    SmartBridge Alerts: Motive SB.exe - EntryPoint Not Found

    The proceduce entrypoint GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in the dyanamic link library PSAPI.DLL

    Then an OK button, I click on the OK button and it goes away. I have not idea if this is affecting anything on my computer or not.

    Does anybody have any advice on this.

    Go to this link. Hope this helps :).

    *EDIT* before you go to that link seeing how it is a download (which you may have to upgrade/buy before it actually does something, don't know if you will just saying) try doing this:

    Navigate to the installation location for SmartBridge via My Computer (\Program Files\Alert BT Help Notifier.exe (or Motive SBexe.)
    2. Find PSAPI.DLL and rename it to something like PSAPIOLD.DLL (you can also go to start/search and look for PSAPI.DLL)
    3. Reboot the system

    If you couldn't do this or it didn't work then I would do the link below.
