    Monitor says going to sleep constantly
    Basically I think I've plugged in everything I need to I put the computer on and it sounds as though its starting up fine and then I turn the monitor on and it say 'monitor going to sleep' I've never been on this computer so can't say its just happened since having this I've never one been on it help please!

    If the monitor goes to sleep shortly after it is turned on, it may not be receiving a video signal from the computer. Double check the cable connections. If possible, try another monitor or computer to isolate the problem to one of the devices.

    Hi,

    I am Jamal M from Dell Social Media and Communities team
    This issue could occur if the cable is connected to a different VGA port, check if there is another port available on the back of the tower and connect VGA cable from the monitor to a different port on the back of the tower if available.
