    Cd player mechanical error
    Hello, my 2007 accord 6 changer Cd player reads mechanical Error, what can I do if anything?

    Very little I'm afraid.
    If your lucky then removing the power may well reset the unit.
    Make sure you have the security code available if you do do that.
