    PDF won't open in IE.
This is a corporate PC. The employee tries to open a PDF from a carriers website. The new window displays in PDF format, background is grey, appears to be loading (xkb of xkb downloaded in bottom left). Then it says Done and nothing appears.

    Any ideas.

If I save the target to the desktop it opens up fine. It was working fine before today.

    Courier website issue?
    PC Issue?
    Hmm..

    Hard refresh (Ctrl + F5)

I have this happen now and again and this works.
I think it's due to an Undocumented feature of acrobat reader that lulls you in to a false sense.

Also make sure the website has permission set so it can actually open the file.

Cali- the website is one she (the employee) has used for numerous years. Reader just acts funny. I went into processes and found that there was an Adobe Reader open but was taking up a ton of CPU. (this was when she had nothing open on the desktop, she had closed out of the website to let me look at it) I ended the process and it started working fine.

    Just a thought.
Acrobat installs a "speed launcher" feature that loads at start up and can cause problems.
    Worth checking for and removing..
