    Lexmark75 printer problem
Hi - I have correctly installed the appropriate cartridges into my Lexmark 75 all-in-one but when I try and print something the page remains blank - sorry for the basic question, but I am a novice. Thanks very much.

First my condolences on having a Lexmark ;)

Second, Did the printer work before? Does a self-test work? Have you checked to make sure the printhead is properyly engaged?

Hi thks for swift reply - the printer has worked before, the ink guages say both are full even if they haven't been used for a month or so, I have cleaned the contact points as per the manufacturers help website. How do I check if the "printhead" is properly engaged.
    Cheers.

I'm not that familiar with Lexmarks (wouldn't go near them personally). So you have to check with the manual on making sure the printhead is clean and properly engaged.
