    No new rich text document
    For a New Rich Text Document
    I have allways used it this way before
    When I right click on screen for wanting a
    New Rich Text Document it appeared.
    Now it only shows text document & journal document.
    How do I get (New rich Text Document) back

    Not sure which operating system you have. I'll assume Windows XP:

    Check out this explanation:

    Add or remove entries in the New objects list (ShellNew)

    The easiest way is to use "TweakUI", which is available here:

    To regain the "Text Document" entry under the New menu, download and apply the TXT File Association Fix (Restore default associations for TXT files) from Doug's site: Windows XP File Assocation Fixes
