    Trouble downloading
    I have a acer aspire one laptop. It won't download. A messege come out and say achieve not recognize. I really don't know what to do. I want to download but don't know how.

    What are you trying to download?

    Are you using Firefox or IE?

    Have you had issue with downloading before?
