    Greetings and WELCOME to the site! I just moved your question that you had posted in Introductions to this forum topic area so that it will get the most exposure to those who are best able to answer it. Introductions is for people to introduce themselves and we try to not ask questions there.

    Is this error associated with your email? What email program are you using when it occurs? What version of that program? What operating system?

    Do you have a firewall installed, and if so, which one?

    More information is better, so answer anything else you can think of that might be relevant about your system I haven't asked yet.
