    Computer Freeze
    I want to know, what happens if you use the reinstall disk to boot up to start fresh, will the computer freeze go away.

    The answer is MAYBE.
    Sometimes a complete rebuild does indeed resolve freezing problems, assuming it's NOT hardware related.

    I don't know what causing it to freeze? I just need some options on what I should do.

    You could try a system restore to go back in time when the PC was not freezing

    That's hard to say. I got my computer last year in July, and it is a vista.

    Do you mean it always freezes or this is something new
    System restore takes same steps in xp and vista

    It can be virus problem or sometimes hardware problem also make the system freeze so, check the hardware devices properly and scan your computer with effective anti virus.
    Bad virus make the system freeze. So, instead of installing windows scan your computer with windows defender online and that is free.
