    Double spacing?
    I can't understand what our teacher had told us. He said "you must computerize (encode) it with double spacing". What does he mean of "with double spacing"?

    It means having a space every other line.

    This can be achieved on WORD by highlighting everything and then hitting CTRL 2

    Yes, doublespacing uses more paper, but it is CRITICAL for documents that need to be reviewed and notated. Also, teachers who have to read tons of docs get far fewer headaches looking at pages doublespaced. Without it, the text strains the eyes...
