    Missing files to download AOL?
    Hi my name is Maribel and I have been trying to download AOl 9.0 or 10.1 and I have it in my computer in add or remove programs. I've tried removing the software but it won't let me or download the new one?

    Greetings and WELCOME to the site! I just moved your question that you had posted in Introductions to this topic area so that it would get the most exposure to those who are best able to answer it. Introductions is for people to introduce themselves and we try to not ask questions there.

    Hello Maribel,welcome to the forum. If your problem persists and you're not able to uninstall it from add/remove programs try this.
    Press Ctrl+Alt+Del,the taskmanager will pop up,look in processes,if any processes from AOL is running,click on it and press End process. Then go back and try to uninstall it.
    If you succeed,go visit the AOL page,and at the bottom click on "Downloads".
