I recently upgraded my AOL to point 9. It will go through the steps to sign on and then once it gets to the opening page it freezes. When I hit CTRL+ALT+Delete, the message it gives me all the time is MSGSRV32 (not responding) What does this mean. My computer has not worked right since I upgraded.

I've seen this before, and it was because there was a corrupt DLL trying to load from sys.ini, but I'm not sure if that's the proboem or if you would know how to fix it. Try uninstalling AOL, then installing a fresh copy (not upgradeing the old version).
