    Internet Explorer?

    Browse for the page that you want to be your home page.

    Click on TOOLS | OPTIONS | MAIN (tab) | USE CURRENT PAGE (button).

    You have not indicated what (home page of which Site) you want make homepage.

    However, if you are using internet explorer or Firefox, just open or browse on the site that you want to make your homepage.

    Click on Tools menu
    Select Option
    Click on Main tap
    Select Use Current Pages Button
    Click OK
