When you have problems like that, the first steps should always be

    1. Scan for Viruses
    2. Run spyware finder (like Spybot)

    Have you done these?

Does this happen on any other website or with other apps?

If it happens consistently with one program, uninstall and reinstall the program.

This does not just happen with only this programme. But it does happen mainly with this programme. What does the error message mean. I have run antispyware Spyware Blaster also Super Anti spyware and I have AV PE Classic.

There is no telling what the error message means. A Windows programmer or the programs authors alone would be able to tell.

If Spybot is causing your problems also, then try AdAware. You may want to think about cleaning out your machine, maybe a reformat.

Thanks for the suggestion. I have downloaded the Windows Memory Diagnostic and printed off all the instructions. I will give this a try later today and let you know how I get on.
