    Outlook e-mails
    I have done this many times in the past without problems. However, lately I am trying to bcc e-mail blasts to my customer base and they are not receiving them...

    Can you help me resolve this.

    Spam was the next question I was going to ask. Delivery of email into inboxes vs. bulk or spam, blacklisting and open rates are all part of marketing email deliverability and is dependent on several factors, not the least of which is ensuring you have a reliable bounce handling process, double opt in permission to send and a one-click method of unsubscribing.

    We need more information.
