Whenever I play online games I lag. My internet seems fine and is fast. I have tried everything
Disk clean up
Disk defragmentation
virus checks
Turning off firewall
What is wrong and how can I fix it

Try a different game server as some are more laggy than others.

Its pretty much any game doesn't matter about server it can be a small online game or big online game, it will still lag

Have you tried a different Internet provider or faster Internet connection? Getting pwnd sucks and is worth additional monthly liability IMO...
