    How do I create an online website for car rental company using vb.net?

    This would be a project that you would be better off hiring an outside contractor unless you are already failure or skilled at vb, net and vb.net programing. There are several other content management systems that should work well for your application and you will probably be able to use a Joomla or Drupal plugin or component that has already been written.
