    Conet mp3 player
    After loading music on my player I can not get anything on the screen other than a picture of something that looks like a bear. My player is a conet. I can not get any response when I connect to the PC.

    Do you have an up-to-date anti-virus installed? Because it can be that your mp3 player got infected. If there is no virus, then just make sure that you install the proper drivers for your mp3 player.

    The drivers usually come on a CD with the mp3 package.
