My computer will not download anything from the web why?
My computer will not download any files or anything from the web, anytime I try to download anything it gets all the way to 99% and the just stops downloading never says downloead completed or anything, I've checked all my settings and enabled everything I need to, what in the hell could be wrong with this thing?
