computer says not enough disk space but i hardly hard anything saved
At first a message popped up saying not enough memory (virtual memory I think). Now it says I don't have enough disk space on C: but I don't understand this because I don't have anything saved, I deleted everything from C: and I deleted every program I installed. I don't know if I can delete anything else, but it doesn't make sure anyway because there's hardly anything there.

My F: drive is for storage and that has a lot of space so I put everything there. Could my F: drive be effecting my C: drive? The computer guy who set it up for me told me there's 4 X's the space on the F: drive then normal computers, it says it has 416 GB.

My husbands laptop is telling him the same thing and he deleted everything too. We just can't figure this out, it doesn't make sense. We can't afford to have a computer expert out here at this time. Can someone help us?

    Thank YOU!

Hi, yes it does tell me and it says Free Space 4.01 MB and Total Size 24.4 GB.

A friend of mine told me to install Malware and it would help get rid of any virus's, but I couldn't install it because there's not enough space for it. Do you have any suggestions?

    Thank YOU!

You need to clear the temp files, etc from your C: drive.
As it's so low you'll need to use the inbuilt cleaner.

RIGHT click C: drive > Properties > Disc cleaner option (middle button)
    Remove EVERYTHING that this finds..

Thank You! I have done this a few times, but I'm doing it again. Should I compress all the files in the C: drive, including all the sub folders?
