    Is there a way to see what sites my kids have been on. The have been deleting browsing history?

    Here is a way to disable for future

    or below is a manual registry edit

    The key is HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Inte rnet Explorer\Control Panel

    Set a DWORD value named DisableDeleteBrowsingHistory to 1 in that.

    You can also set that under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE to disable it for all users also.

    Depending on the operating system being used, deleting the browsing history does not dump it into the recycle bin. That is always a good place to check.
    Use Window Explorer (right-click on Start) & check the contents of all folders named:
    Temporary internet files
