My bill is considered to be a fine note. The signatures on the bill are Troy Baker Priest and Robert B. Anderson. Under the series date is the letter A. Serial number is D 97639250 A . There are no stars before or after the serial number. There is a D under the number 5 on the top left side and D74 appears beside the number five on the bottom right side of the bill.
