Sleeping outside when wind is blowing
    Hello there Doctor.

Im Canadian and my wife is Chinese we have two children and we are living in China. My kids are healthy (21/2 year old boy, 8 month of girl). Living in China is strange and as soon as we go outside our daughter falls asleep and sleeps very sound. We can be sitting outside enjoying the sunshine, temperature outside is around 18-20 Celsius. But, as soon as the wind starts blowing, they spring to their feet and take the baby home. After getting home and asking them why they wanted to come home so fast with the baby, they look at me, surprised (as if I should understand) and say "OUTSIDE THE WIND IS BLOWING". I stand their stunned trying to figure out what is so bad about the wind blowing outside. Baby was sleeping so sound.
    Any ideas

I have no idea why they think that blowing wind is bad for baby. I've never heard of such thing.

I wonder what you call these? I am looking for a suitable filler to fill in these door stops/wind breaks - basically fabric tubes that sit on the floor of the door to stop the cold from coming in - would one use river sand? Can anyone help? Thanks:confused:
