Yes that is molestation. And unfortunately as far as I can tell from what info you give, all 3 of you were victims. It sounds like your friend was molested in the same way himself, and then used you and your brother to act it out.

How old are you now? How long has it been? Have you spoken to your friend or your brother about this since?

If the 3 of you are now adults, it may not be worth any legalitys.

If however you are all still minors, it may be worth seeing WHERE your friend learned or experienced this type of sex.


But the most important thing I can tell you, is see your doctor for a referral to a psychologist. At the very least, this is obviously upsetting you!
