    Refusing a dna test
    My ex-boyfriend is the father of my child but refuses a DNA test. What will happen to him now?

    Once the court orders him to take the test if he refuses, you take him back to court and ask the judge to find him in contempt for not taking it.

    If you don't have a court order for the test, he can refuse it till he gets tired of saying no
