    Mentally disabled father wants custody of one of my teenagers
    My ex husband has been declared mentally disabled by the government with PSD. He has tried to commit suicide three times and is on so much medicine half the time does not know where he is. He can't drive. He lives with a girlfriend who has his power of attorney. My fifteen year old has been visiting and the dad has been telling him lies about me and telling him that I al I do is scream at him. My son when he comes home is depressed and treats me very mean, the same way his dad treats me. My question is will my ex be able to get custody with him being mentally disabled and taking over 100 pills a week and not be stable?

    Normally no, but he can try and you will need an attorney and fight it in court if he tries

    We are scheduled to got court on July 22. He has also changed everything in the parenting plan that was set up in March of this year.
