    How to tell if my daughter is mine
    Well I had sex with her on January 3rd 2011 unpertected... and January 6th 2011 she had sex with someone else.. but when me and her had sex she had an iud and when she had sex with the other dude he pulled her iud out after they had sex.. the baby was born October 14 2011 is it mine?

    There is no way to tell. It could have been either one of you.
    A paternity test will have to be done.
