Child Support / Visits HELP PLEASE
My husband has been denied court order visits for the past 4 years. He went to court and the judge is allowing the mother to keep denying visits. We are not bad people at all and I want to know how the NH Master Judge is allowed to do this. Every time my husband goes to court the Judge always sides with the mother. (We found drugs in her house and the judge did nothing about it)
This last time we went to court she told the mother hidenly in the court papers that she could deny visits, she also told me that I should have gotten an abortion. We have 4 other children and they went to modify the support. Instead of making it lower by his pay, the Master is forcing him to pay 40% of his check for one child. I want to know how this judge is allowed to tell us that we should have gotten an abortion, how she is allowed to force my husband to pay 40% and how she is allowed to tell the mother she can denying visits whenever she wants. N This Master also told us that she now wants me to pay support out of my checks to. I drive a school bus don't make much money but its something. How can this master tell us that I have to pay also? She is not my child, she is my husbands. If the master is allowed to this the amount will go to 40% too much more. Is this legal?

I looked into removing her from the case, but in NH you have to ask the judge you are having a problem with and then it is up to them. So we were told that she will not remove herself and she will just use it against us. How is this allowed? I have contacted everyone, Mayors, Governors, Senates and nobody wants to tell me.
    I need help.
