    Child Support
    Does a father still need to pay child support if his daughter is 18 years of age and going to college as a full time student?

    It all depends on what your support order says. Some give support until age 21 if enrolled in college full time, others quit at 18. You will need to review your order to see what was ordered in your case.

    Many states require parents to continue paying support for children who are full-time students at postsecondary institutions, even if they're over the age of 18.
