    Child custody, paternal rights termination
    I need to file for sole custudy of my daughter? How can I prove that her father is unfit to be with her? What are the steps?:confused:

    You file the motion in the Family Court for your county of residence and present all the evidence you have asserting that the father is unfit. Understand, however, that the father may contest your motion and the judge may not see things totally your way.
