My 16 year old and me
My 16 year old would like to come back to his family. He has epilepsy, and needs constant supervision. With his dad he doesn't get that. He was 10 when I lost my parental rights, and would like to find out how he can go about going to court to come home. Can anybody help me with this situation?

Why did you lose your rights. What ever issue caused this to happen will have to be cleared up.

First this is not a simple issue, you are not "home" and have not been since you lost your rights.

You will have to have an attorney for sure. First you have to come to the issue of getting your rights back, then you have the issue of change of custody.

I would say you have little chance but you can try.
