    tired all the time
Sorry for asking so many qestions!

Lately I have been really tired and when I wake up for college I'm still tired all day until night and it been like that for about 7 days then I was okay for a day like interms of not feeling as tired, then it started again for example today I woke and I was okay until 4pm and I went home and just feel alseep and then woke up now and I'm still really tired like I can go back to sleep. My motivation has been out the window for the past 8 days all I have wanted to do is be in my bed and sometimes just sit there and others be on my tablet or phone. But no motivation to do any course work at all. Then I thought I was tired because the past 5 days I kept waking up but only for a few minutes and then go back to sleep. I wake up between 1-2 times a night. And the past few nights I have tried to get an earlier sleep from 10-10.30pm because can't sleep any earlier because I wake up at around 12ish wide awake and can't get back to sleep. But could this be because of a few weeks ago when I wasn't sleeping very well at all. Is it just normal for a teenager? Or it just laziness? Or is there something up?

Can I ask a question? How long you didn't take any sports exercises?
Try to do some sports after you back home (especially after 4pm), like 10 minutes Running + 30 minutes Spinning. Then take a hot water shower n go to sleep. Drink some hot water before you go to bed. Then you'll feel much better the next day you woke up.

Have you visited the medical center at school or your regular doctor at home? You should get this checked out. It could be a variety of things causing you to be so tired. No one here can diagnose you, so get checked out soon.

You are 16. You have been under stress. I had a lot of sleeping problems at your age.
I agree about exercise. Also no caffeine (including Coke!) and no TV for an hour before bed! Stay off the net, stop texting friends, calm down by doing homework. Doesn't homework make you sleepy?

I'm curious about something - I see teens from other parts of the world from the US call high school college. Aren't you in high school until 17/18?
