    My knee
Hello, I was in pe. I did and handstand, in was on my gymnastic carpet. And I fell and banged my knee on the ground. I couldn't bend my knee for a few minutes. But now it hurts.
Is it broken. Is it hurt?? Should I rest it or shake it off. Please help??

You should rest it and go to your doctor tonight. It could be that you just bruise the muscle and bones but you could have also did harm. It is better to let them treat you.

LOL! You told us it hurts so yes, I would say it's hurt.

We don't know if it's broken. You will need a doctor to tell you.

Yes, get it checked out. Your knees are vital. They hold up your body and allow you to bend, walk, run, tiptoe, do tumbling, dance. If your knees are messed up, you will have trouble moving around. And let us know what's going on.

You are 11 years old. Where are your parents? They need to take you to have it checked out.
