What are you having a hard time with? Do you have a parent, sibling, relative, neighbor, school counselor, or church leader that you could open up to?

Talking to someone that you're close to, or a therapist, priest, etc, is really the best way to go about this.

We can offer support, but that's really all we can do.

Talk to your parents, see about getting some help. The teen years can be difficult, you're not alone.
