    I have never seen it written that way before. Do you mean ATOMIC structure and BONDING, i.e. IONIC compounds (salts). If so, I can give you an explanation that way.

    Yeah, ionic bonding on an atomic level, I wanted to know because I was watching some science documentary and they were talking about it. I just can't seem to remember and its bothering me.
