a)calculate the number of moles of HCl originally present.
I got 0.00098moles on this problem.
    (0.026mole/liter)*(38mL/1)*(1liter/1000mL)
b)how many moles of NaOH are needed to neutralize the acid?
c)calculate the volume of the NaOH required to react completely with the acid

I want to make sure a is correct or not.

Actually, the full answer for a) is 0.000988 mol, which is 0.00099 to 2 significant figures, or 9.9 x 10^-4 mol if you were to use the standard form.

    Now, continue.
