    Help me please..
Okay.. I want to try out for JV cheerleading next year, which is in April. Im not the best with flexability and strength, but I have the volume and spirit.

What I want to know is if anyone could give me tips on how to try and get better at the things I'm not good at. I have plenty of time, so myabe it is possible to get in better shape. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could help me.

    Thanks you guys

If you have a local YMCA or gym check in to pilates or yoga classes both will increase flexibilty. Also look into tumbling and dance lessons. There are a lot of cheerleading camps out there search the web. We used to go to one in WV over Christmas break.

Strech A lot and do push-ups( they're really annoying but they help) Take like 10 min. every day 2 strech. Also consider signing up for a gymnastics class. HOpe this helped! Good luck:)
