Try burning at a slower speed. Also set the burning program to "close" the cd at the end of the burn.

What program are you using for cd burning by the way?

HI ! Am using NERO and also uses WinXP default writing procedure... copy files to CD R drive then write them on CD but the in both cases it corrupts. Let me try your proposed solution may be it solves my problem.
