    Bouncing dvd video.
I recently received 2 burned dvds from the UK. I put them in my computer and my dvd player and they worked in neither one. I get nothing on my computer and I get a bouncing black and white picture on my tv. I thought maybe it was a region problem, but I ripped the files to my computer using DVD Decrypter and they play fine on my computer. I tried reburning with Nero and got the same results. Could someone help me figure out what the problem is?

Are the DVD's finalized at the end of the burn process? Normal default is unchecked.

You are using the create DVD video option in Nero?
