You really should keep her in and visit the vet. Good Luck

Why can't you keep her inside?

If the pregnancy isn't very far along, you can still get her fixed. That really is your best option if you can't keep her inside. She'll go into heat again anywhere from the day after to a month or two after giving birth. If you won't do what's needed to keep her inside, then you'll end up with a pregnant cat and a litter of kittens you'll have to either bottle feed or watch starve to death. That will continue all summer and into early fall.

When you got a cat, you accepted all responsibility for that cat. While a cat getting out once can, and does, happen stating that you CAN'T keep her inside leads me to believe that you just don't want to be bothered to try. You are now responsible for her AND any potential kittens that may arrive due to you allowing her to get outside and doing nothing to prevent future escapes.
