I have the same problem as this I think.. My husband found a kitten beside the road and it wasn't in good shape.. its eyes were stuck together from infection but other than that it just seemed mal-nurished.. when I woke up today, it was just laying and trying to meow.. now its just gasping for air... I seen it pass something a minute ago that looked like it's intestines.. but it is still really sick and life less.. I tried to get it to the vet today but the were closed for the holidays.. It has made me so sad.. someone please help me..

When your husband found the kitten,he should have taken it to the nearest vet. They probably would have taken it in out of compassion.Sounds like the poor little thing has distemper.

Im mainly posting this for anyone else who reads and finds a sick or injured animal.

If you do not have any money for a vet, please take it to your nearest animal shelter so they can treat it.
Sometimes love and warmth are no match for medicine.

Thank you for taking the kitten in but you really need to get it to the vet asap for either treatment or to end it's suffering.
