Just wondering why he does it
I have three cats: Sookie, Shadow and Kudos.

Kudos is a very odd cat when it comes to his food and water. He is a neutered male who is 3 years old. He will scratch the floor by his water/food dish. Almost like he is digging the floor. Sometimes he will put his paw in the food dish to what I assume is to hold it still. I have always been curious why he may do that.

I could write a book about the many curious behaviors of my cats.

Cats are crazy creatures. We don't always know why they do what they do.

If Kudos is eating and sleeping well and does not act sick, then just count it as "that's the way that he is".

    Really.
