    Is she distressed?

Is she taking an interest in the kitten?

Cats can stop labor for up to a day if they don't feel safe. It's also possible that she became pregnant with the other kittens up to a week later than the first one, so they're not ready to be born, yet.

If she seems to be in pain, or you're worried something is wrong, then take her, and her kitten, to the vet. They'll be able to tell if something is wrong or if the other kittens just don't want to be born, yet.
