    Cat Vomiting
    Hi,
My 11 month old Maine Coon is vomiting yellowish bile liquid. She is not eating well.. maybe a bite here or there. I put some wet food in her mouth and she did not spit it out, she swallowed it. I saw her drinking this morning, too. We just returned from a cat show this weekend (here in town... no travel). Do you think it is just a bug? Should I get her to the vet?

Thanks for any help anyone can give!

If she is vomiting bile, I'd call the vet to find out if he/she thinks I should bring her in.

(My rescued Maine Coon is about six and rarely throws up except for a weekly hairball. And aren't they the most amazing animals!! )

She is a beautiful cat. If she only started this after the show I would be afraid that she picked up something from the other cats. I have 4 cats and none of them ever get to the point of throwing up bile. Even if they are trying to expel a hairball. Which my older one does quite often.
