I have a 11 month old cat, and I don't no if she is in labour or not. She has been acting strangly for a few days now. She is very restless one minute and then sleeping for a hour the next. She is licking her self consently all over.she is wanting more affection than before as she has stayed away from people in the last few months. She had a small green discharge 3 days ago. And the kittens are very active and very visible in the womb. She spents most of her time under my bed. So I placed a box with blankets under there. She had been in it a few times but today she moved the blankets around in it. She has been sick 3 times but is still consently eating and she is drinking more than ever. And she is consently staring. And moves from one place to another. Is my cat in labour help?

She isn't in hard labor, but possibly undergoing the beginning. I suspect this is her first litter... and if so, she has probably no idea of what is going on with her feelings. Instinct is directing her, but I suspect she hasn't completely let go and let it take over.

Don't hover over her as this may delay her delivery. No friends over to watch, or strangers bothering her, for the same reason. Cats have been having kittens without our help for... a really long time, and seem to handle it quite well. A cat can interrupt her delivering for a day or so if some threat, perceived or actual, happens. I will send you a link to a site that should answer all your upcoming questions about having kittens. If not, you probably don't need to be worrying about it. It may be lengthy, but pick out what you need. Best wishes.
