    My cat's breed
I am trying to determine what kind of cat we have. He looks like an Abysinnian.. tall, slender, but he has tabby markings on his forehead and tail and hidden in his coat under his top fur(his shoulders almost look like angel wings with stripes lol). He is silver(almost Russian blue) but his undercoat is cream/light brown . His eyes are green. Any idea of his type or what mix he could be?

Coloring varies so widely within most cat breeds that it's nearly impossible to tell the breed just from coloring. There are not that many breeds with distinctive coloring, and most recognized breeds allow for nearly any color combination.

If you post a picture, we might be able to help, but I make no promises. Most likely, he's a mutt, since you obviously didn't get him from a reputable breeder and there just aren't many casual cat breeders. Most kittens come from people letting their cat outside, and acting surprised when she comes back pregnant.
